Making your super cool
team!

Form your super cool team! A team can consist of min 3 & max 5 students + 1 faculty member from the same college. Remember a faculty member (ideally the IT teacher or department head) is necessary. |

2. Become the official team for your college by getting your principal’s declaration in the specified format on your college letterhead. Make sure it’s duly signed & stamped by him. Remember this is important as only 1 team is allowed per college. |

Courier the principal’s declaration along with your team member names: Go A-Live Challenge Next , Jagran Solutions, 84, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase: III, New Delhi- 110020. Last date for the submission of your forms is 15th November ‘08...So Hurry & register your super cool team. |

Remember contest is only open to the super cool GAC campuses and your participation form duly signed by the principal must reach us by 15th November 08. |
Get, Set, Go!

Once we have received your courier (with principal’s declaration & your team details) we will send you your make your campus alive kit, and voila! You are set to go. |
| 2. |
Your kit will have your presentation format and your kit , it will also have the present status if ID’s usage in your college. |
| 3. |
Use your creativity and digitize your campus! Remember your campus is global, so get your friends to log in to their college ID’s and get the live experience. |
| 4. |
You are now ready to give your campus a digital makeover. |
| 5. |
Remember you must immediately ensure that the 1st years have their college id’s. |
How to be the campus hero all over again!!
Rock the campus with your own college email IDs, for the 1st years, well in fact anyone who doesn’t have one.

Get a list of all the students and faculty in your college (First Name, Last Name) |
| 2. |
Download the EduExpress Application or go to the Windows Live Admin Center (http://domains.live.com/)
and make email IDs for students and faculty. Remember you need to make ID’s for the entire college strength and also a minimum of 5 faculty IDs and 1 for the principal. Call the GAC NEXT team to assist you.

Tell everyone that they now have their own college email ID with 5GB mailboxes!
a.
Decide how you will distribute the email IDs and passwords (you can give a list to the college office, the computer lab or the principal’s secretary.)
b. Your KIT will contain the Email for every one poster put copies all over campus with contact information marked clearly in the white strip at the bottom of the poster. |

.when you unveil the benefits of the Windows Live services suite that you introduced into the campus for them – 5GB mailboxes, Instant Chat, 1 GB online storage and lot more!
a. The “UR College Has a New Address” poster will be in your kit. Put copies all over campus with your college web address (URL) in the white strip at the bottom of the poster.
b. The “Grab UR Official College Email ID’s Today” poster will be in your kit. Put copies all over campus with your college web address (URL) in the white strip at the bottom of the poster. Remember to put your contact so students can contact their campus heroes!
c. Remember this picture will be a part of your entry! Get those ID’s rolling and your cameras clicking!.
